Interviewed by Lucy, 6th Year Elementary Student
Lucy: What's your dream vacation?
Finn: Maybe to go to LA and go to the beach. There are not really any nice beaches here.
Lucy: If you could travel into a book, what book would it be?
Finn: The Phantom Tollbooth, because of the play. It was more interesting than books I read when I was younger. I am starting to like fantasy more.
Lucy: In one word, how would you describe yourself?
Finn: Eager, because I feel like a lot of the time I really want to do something.
Lucy: Are you eager to go to middle school and move on to the next part of your life?
Finn: I don't really know what that's going to be like because I've been at Aidan most of my life and I don't know whether to be excited or sad.
Lucy: That's actually how I feel, too.
Lucy: That brings me to another question: What are you looking forward to most about middle school?
Finn: Different classes. Instead of just being in one classroom, I'd like to try being in different classrooms with different people.
Lucy: Are you looking forward to having more than one teacher?
Finn: I kind of like having the same teachers because you get to know them.
Lucy: I agree!
Lucy: Where do you see yourself in twenty years?
Finn: I don't really know. Right now I am thinking about being a YouTuber or professional gamer, but since I'm a kid I'm not sure yet. I think my opinion will probably change.
Lucy: What your favorite restaurant?
Finn: I like Cafe Deluxe. I've been going there for a long time and I know almost everyone who works there.
Lucy: What is one of your favorite memories from your time at Aidan?
Finn: Fourth year was probably my favorite, because the camping trip was really fun. I remember the giant hill we discovered that was full of bugs.
Lucy: This is one of my favorite questions because it's so hard to answer: if you were stranded on a desert island, what five things would you want to have with you?
Finn: Unlimited food and water, firewood, a boat for escape, and a soccer ball.
Lucy: What's your favorite movie?
Finn: Avengers: Infinity War or Black Panther.
