After School Programs
The After School Programs at Aidan (ASP) are designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for Primary and Elementary students after their Montessori work.
In the afternoon, our Director of After School prepares an after-school environment in the ground-level classrooms so that Primary and Elementary children can be independent and enjoy choosing age-appropriate materials, games, art media, etc. Students can eat a snack, work on projects, and enjoy each other’s company in play. Families supply snack on a rotating basis similar to the classroom.
When the playground is available, children go to the outdoor environment for supervised outdoor play. ASP personnel are sensitive to the needs of children at all ages and stages of development in creating activities. They guide and encourage independence, positive choices, and collaborative play that fosters positive social relationships.

Discovery Programs
Aidan offers additional opportunities for learning and fun with friends in our after-school Discovery Programs.
Discovery is Aidan's after-school enrichment program. Taught by Aidan staff and outside vendors, classes are offered three times a year in the fall, winter and spring. We offer classes in the arts, athletics, technology, language, and more! There is an additional fee for these classes. A healthy snack is provided before classes.

Class and Dismissal Times

Primary Classes: 3:15 - 4:00 PM

Elementary Classes: 4:05 - 5:05 PM
Discovery classes will dismiss children from the playground.
Please Note: *At the end of the dismissal time, students who have not been picked up will be "dropped in" to ASP for $35
