Please read through the following Arrival and Dismissal procedures to ensure the safety of the Aidan community. Thank you!

8:15-8:30 AM - Elementary (New)
8:15 AM - Toddler
8:15-8:30 AM - Primary

Notes About Arrival

Families are invited to drop their children off using the car line on 27th Street. Please do not join this line from the alley or Garfield Street.
As you are waiting to park or drop off, please pull over as far to the right as possible and turn on your hazard lights while waiting so cars coming down the street can pass.
Parents and guardians dropping off/picking up should assist their child in and out of the vehicle as needed.
Parents and guardians may escort their children up the main steps or to their respective gate entrances, but should refrain from going inside the school building. Staff members will meet your child at the entrance and escort them to the appropriate class.
Any students who arrive after 8:30 AM should report to the main entrance and will be marked as tardy.

11:15 AM - Half-Day Dismissal Toddler
3:00-3:15 PM - Full-Day Toddler & Primary Dismissal
3:30-3:45 PM - Elementary Dismissal

Notes About Dismissal

Similar to arrival, parents will join the pick-up line on 27th Street from Cathedral Avenue. Please pull over as far to the right as possible and turn on your hazard lights while waiting so cars coming down the street can pass.
Toddler and Primary children will be dismissed to their parents and guardians by the teacher directly. Parents and guardians should assist their children into the vehicle.
Elementary students will be dismissed to parents on foot or to their respective vehicles.
Families picking children up from ASP will need to park and come to the main black gate to receive their children.

Entrance Locations

Large gate on blacktop → All Upper Elementary Students
Small gate on blacktop → All Toddlers Children
Main school entrance → All Primary and Lower Elementary Students. Once inside the School Lobby, Lower Elementary students will use the blue stairwell, while Primary children will use the yellow stairwell.
We will no longer be using the rear entrance or the side gate on Woodley Road for arrival and dismissal.
