Sign Up for Community Testing

Aidan Montessori School will be conducting community testing on Monday, November 29 from 1:30-2:30 PM upon our return from Thanksgiving Break. We will once again be using Capital Diagnostics and the testing event will be held on campus. Families can anticipate an email with additional information regarding the flow and location once we get closer to the testing date. 

As a reminder, all children will be required to be tested and have results before returning to school in-person on December 2.

We are required not to meet in person until test results come back. This means that our first day back in-person will be Thursday, December 2. In order to maximize the number of days our students are in school, we will be shifting the Parent-Teacher Conferences, originally scheduled for October 28 and 29, to November 30 and December 1 as we await the results of our community testing. Therefore, there will be no DLP on these days and October 28 and 29 will now be normal in-person class days instead of Parent-Teacher Conferences. Additional information on how to secure your conference slot will be coming soon. 

In the meantime, we invite you to sign up for your child’s testing slot on November 29. Please take note of the following prior to signing up:

• If your child was previously tested by Capitol Diagnostics on September 2, then simply sign up for your child’s testing slot using the sign up genius link, no later than November 26.
• If your child was not tested by Capitol Diagnostics on September 2, then please follow these steps to register as a new patient before reserving your testing time slot using the sign up genius link.

If you prefer to get your child tested elsewhere, then the test must be done between November 29 and December 1, and the results sent in to Nurse Lexi before your child can return to school.
