Student Billing & Programs Now on Veracross

Dear Parents,

Starting this year, Veracross is Aidan's main portal for all things student billing and program sign-up. 

As of June 1, all Student Billing (tuition and fees) for the 2023-24 school year is accessible through your Veracross Parent Portal. Each month, invoices will be available to view at least 5 days prior to automatic payments. This is also where you will be able to see invoices for Other Programs (ASP, Discovery, and Summer Camp) and Specialty Events (Pizza Day).

Sign-up for ASP for 2023-24 will be accessible through your Veracross Parent Portal as of Mid-June. An email will be sent out when the sign-up page is open with additional information regarding the payment process depending on your date of sign-up.
