Evening of the Arts & Special Persons' Day

Evening of the Arts & Special Persons' Day

We are thrilled to host Evening of the Arts and Special Persons' Day in May! We are excited to re-open our school and classrooms to our extended Aidan family for the first time since the pandemic with these two time-honored Aidan traditions.

Families, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and special friends are invited to soak up the colorful and creative sights of our students' beautiful artwork at Evening of the Arts on Thursday, May 4 between 5:00-7:00 PM.

This event is followed by our Special Persons' Day on Friday, May 5, when our extended Aidan families are welcomed on campus and into our classrooms to see the children at work. The morning will begin at 8:00 AM with a reception featuring coffee, tea, and refreshments in St. Thomas Auditorium, and will be followed by classroom visits. The day concludes at 11:15 AM with an early dismissal for any students who do not leave with their special people after their visits.

We recognize that there are many special people (including parents) in the lives of our students. However, we ask that each child/family only bring up to 4 guest visitors on Special Persons' Day.

If your child does not have an extended family member or special person that is available to attend on this day, then parents are welcome to attend in their place. If you do have an extended family member visiting, then we ask that parents also not attend and schedule an observation for a different day unless your visitor requires assistance.

In order to manage the number of individuals in our classrooms, only 2 guests per child will be allowed in the classroom in any given session. We schedule the session visits prior to the event day so we ask that all families/guests RSVP by no later than Friday, April 21 using the form below.
