Community Food Drive Success!

Thank you to the students, families, faculty, and staff who participated in our Community Food and Pre-Made Sandwich Drive throughout the month of February—it was a great success! Thanks to the generosity of our community, we delivered 100s of pre-made sandwiches to Martha's Table for McKenna's Wagon. McKenna’s Wagon delivers hot meals, fresh fruit, trail mix, and sandwiches to hundreds of neighbors who may be experiencing hunger or homelessness each night.

In addition to our pre-made sandwiches, we collected bags and boxes filled with canned veggies, cereal, soups, rice, pasta, peanut butter, and more for the Capital Area Food Bank. Last week, several parent volunteers delivered these donations to CAFB, where they will be distributed to our neighbors in need. We are happy that the Aidan Community could make an impact and we thank everyone who participated for your generosity and support!
