Bright Beginnings Adopt-A-Family Program

Earlier this month, Aidan shared a survey to gauge our community’s interest in continuing our partnership with Bright Beginnings by participating in their annual Adopt-A-Family program. Thanks to the survey response, we will be adopting 11 families with 26 children this year.

While each family has been adopted or co-adopted by an Aidan family, we are looking to procure a $25 Giant gift card for each child and some additional $25 & $50 gift cards to accompany each family. 

If you would like to participate in this program by purchasing a gift card, there are several ways to do so:

1. Purchase any of the following gift cards (Giant, Walmart, Target, Visa, Mastercard or Amazon) in $25/$50/$100 increments and drop them off in the school lobby.
2. Purchase a gift card or item from our Amazon Wish List and have it shipped directly to the school. (View Adopt-A-Family Amazon Wish List)
3. Don’t have the time to purchase a gift card? Simply Venmo our Community Service Coordinator, Shannon Rutngamlug (@shadleyb / memo: Adopt-A-Family) and she will purchase gift cards on your behalf. 

While all gift cards are appreciated, we are specifically looking for Giant gift cards as it is the closest and most accessible grocery store for the families. All gift cards and items for families should be brought to the school by no later than Wednesday, December 7 so that we can ensure they are delivered to Bright Beginnings in a timely manner.
