Accessing Aidan's Parent Portal and Magnus Health Portal

Aidan Families,

We are so excited to launch our new Veracross portal—and the first step is getting everyone their new user account logins. 

An email was sent to all parents on Monday, August 29 with details on how to access your Veracross account. Follow the instructions in that email to set up your account. The new login credentials (username+password) that you set up for Veracross will also be used to access the Finalsite parent portal. If you have already logged into Veracross, you will not receive this email again. Simply click the link below to log in and access the Parent Portal.

Veracross uses Multi-Factor Authentication, which adds a second factor (along with your password) to the process of signing in to your account. This extra security step ensures that even if your password leaks, a bad actor can't easily get into your account.

After you have set up your account or if you are logging in again, you will be prompted to either use a code from an authenticator app or to send a verification code to your email. If using an authenticator app, we recommend downloading Google Authenticator or something similar. Once downloaded and connected initially, you can use the code from the Authenticator app to log in to Veracross.

We are still in the process of transitioning our systems, and parents will still have access to our Finalsite Parent Portal page and forms like “Report an Absence” or “Drop-In ASP” will link back to the Finalsite Portal at this time. Check out this guide to familiarize yourself with the Veracross Parent Portal and how to access your child’s class website.

Class Websites

This year instead of using the class portal pages found on the Finalsite Parent Portal, each class will now have its own class website through the Veracross Parent Portal. Class websites will feature communication plans from your child’s teacher, announcements, important resource links, class directories, photos, and more. 

Our teachers will be updating their class websites throughout work week and the school year, so please be on the lookout for communications from your child’s teacher.

To find your child’s class website, click the “Classes and Reports” link under your child’s name and followed by the “website” link.

Magnus Health Portal (New Family Logins)

In addition to several forms that still live on the Finalsite portal, families who are new to Aidan and Magnus Health will need to log in to the Aidan Finalsite Portal to access the Magnus link to finish setting up their accounts. Follow the steps below to confirm your user credentials.

1. Verify and set up your Veracross user credentials as they will also be used to access the Finalsite Parent Portal.
    
2. Log in to Aidan’s Finalsite Parent Portal. On the Finalsite Parent Portal homepage, click the green button, “Magnus Health Login” located in the center of the page below the Veracross link. If you are unable to log in to Aidan's Parent Portal, please contact Nicole Goodman.
    
3. After clicking the green “Magnus Health Login” button, parents will be taken to the Magnus Health web browser where they will be prompted to set up a password.
    
4. Parents will also need to update their login credentials for the mobile app and may do so by hovering over their name in the Magnus web portal and selecting “Change Credentials”.
    
5. After updating your credentials, you will need to download the Magnus mobile app. Download the “Magnus Health” app from the Google Play Store or Apple Store and login using your newly created username/password combination. If your device allows it, you can also set up the biometric login for easier access.
