Reminders from Aidan's Business & Admissions Offices

Dear Aidan Families,

Aidan's 2024-2025 enrollment binding date is June 1. Any enrollment changes must be received in writing to the Office of Admissions by 5pm in order to be released from any financial obligations. Tuition payments for the upcoming school year begin June 1. In order to process your payment, review invoices and statements, click the "Student Billing" button in the Veracross Parent Portal. We encourage families to check this account on a monthly basis to review any outstanding balances and avoid any late fees. Late fees are assessed as of the first of each month following the charge.

Additionally, ASP registration for the 2024-2025 school year is now open. You can enroll in ASP by clicking the "24-25 ASP Registration" button in the Veracross Parent Portal. From there you can sign up for the program and select the days you wish to enroll your child or children. Once the registration has been completed, the business office will process the registration and add an invoice(s) to your account based on your selected tuition payment plan.

Please note that if you sign up after June, and select a 10-payment plan, the split of tuition will be based on the number of months left before March 2025 (ex. Sign up in September 2024, total will be split over 8 months). For those on Plan B, the invoices will be the month of sign up & January 2025.
