Journey & Discovery: A Two-Day Montessori Experience

Have you ever been curious about what your child does in the classroom? Does your child always reply “nothing” when you ask about their day? Do you know what the Pink Tower and the Checkerboard are? Fear no more! During the month of February, you will have the opportunity to get your first hands-on experience with Montessori materials across all levels—from Toddler to Upper Elementary. 

The Montessori ‘Silent Journey of Discovery’ is an event designed by Barbara Gordon–a legendary Montessori Head of School from Texas. The idea behind this “journey” is to give parents and caregivers an opportunity to experience their children’s Montessori learning environment from a new perspective–to look, observe, reflect, contemplate, and then experience a work cycle themselves.

As part of Aidan’s Program for Families, we invite you to this two-day event to experience our authentic Montessori Prepared environments and to discover how your children engage with Montessori work. Join me and other Aidan parents on Friday, February 10 from 7:00-8:30 PM for Part 1 and Saturday, February 11 from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM for Part 2 of this magical Montessori Journey.
