Hello parents of 3rd, 4th, and 5th year Elementary girls! I am the site liaison for this year's Girls on the Run program! So what is GOTR?
Girls on the Run is a 10-week after school program designed for girls to increase self-confidence, develop healthy relationships, make friends, and increase physical activity levels. The program has 2 female coaches who will be leading the girls through interactive lessons and running activities. The season ends with a non-competitive 5k event. More information about the program is in the attachment and link below.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm-5:30 PM beginning the week of March 12. The season will end with a 5k non-competitive run on Sunday, June 3.
Where: Aidan Montessori School and the surrounding neighborhood.
Cost: $185.00 - Financial assistance is available.
