Biography

Phillip Katinas joined Aidan in 2018 and currently serves as the Director of Auxiliary Programs. Phillip’s work in education began at the Sheridan School in DC, where he served as a camp teacher before becoming the Assistant Director at their Creative Arts and Summer Adventure Camp (CASA). After three years at Sheridan, Phillip joined the Aidan community. In addition to managing Aidan's After School Program (ASP), Discovery, and Summer Camp, Phillip also teaches PE to the Elementary students.

Phillip and his family are DC-natives and still reside in the area. Phillip loves playing sports, especially ice hockey. He also enjoys exploring the great outdoors by biking, camping, and hiking. Phillip spends his free time training his two Newfoundland dogs, who not only love to swim but are water-rescue certified.
