Ava Pacheco's love for working with children moved her to leave her former corporate position to pursue her passion of early childhood education with Aidan. Before Aidan, she worked as a Summer Counselor at an international education company where she wrote and lead classroom lessons for groups of students from China, an English language tutor for young Korean students, and a Spanish tutor for high school students. She’s excited to be a part of the Aidan community and to be fully immersed in Montessori pedagogy!

In her free time, Ava loves to read, play card games with friends, and hike in Rock Creek
