Aidan's Fall Community Service initiative ends on October 2 at our Fall Festival! We are again partnering with Bright Beginnings, a nonprofit and National Association for the Education of Young Children-accredited learning center in Southeast DC. Bright Beginnings implements a two-generation approach to promoting long-term development and success of children and families experiencing housing instability in DC. In previous years, Aidan has partnered with Bright Beginnings to do a book drive. This year, in lieu of books, we are conducting a drive for urgently needed items and Back to School supplies. Our Bright Beginnings Drive starts Monday, September 19, and ends at our Fall Festival on Sunday, October 2.
