Jennifer Paige joined the Aidan Board of Trustees in 2020 and brings alongs her expertise in human resource management. She has close to 20 years of experience working in the federal government with a speciality centered around staffing and recruitment. Jennifer received her MBA in Business and BS in Human Resources from University of Maryland Global Campus.

Jennifer’s two children both attend Aidan Montessori School. Her daughter, Jewel, will be entering her 6th year in the Sweet Gum Upper Elementary classroom. Her son, Johan, started at Aidan as a Toddler and will now be entering his second year in the Lower Elementary. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
